But when we looked around the market, all we saw were weak imitations pale, paper-thin leaves with no punch, no soul, and no heat. So, we built Chief to bring it all back. We started small. Family-grown leaf. Crushed by hand. Bottled with pride. We weren't trying to impress the industry — we were trying to resurrect a tradition. And word got out.
